Eeveelution PitaPoke Figures

Pictures of these adorable figures have already surfaced in various places across the web, but they are too cute to not share here too!  The Eeveelution release of the oh-so-precious PitaPoke series will be out on July 20th.  Am I crazy for wanting doubles to stick their cute suctiony butts on everything I own? (Maybe a little..)

There will also be a special Eevee/Pikachu/Snivy set released on the same day!  (Pic under the break)  Which one is your favorite?

Banpresto's Movie 16 Ichiban Kuji

Thanks to Kujimap.com, we have a list of this summer's 7-11 Ichiban Kuji prizes!

Prize A: Pikachu Cushion
Prize B: Red Genesect Diorama Figure
Prize C: Mewtwo Diorama Figure
Prize D: Plush with Pokedoll (2 types)
Prize E: Bath Towel
Prize F: Tableware
Prize G: Charm Accessory (3 types)
Prize H: Hand Towel (3 types)
Prize I: Eevee and Friends Pokedoll Figure (8 types)
Prize J: 2013 Selection Pokedoll Figure (6 types)

Last One Prize: Pikachu and Eevee Diorama Figure
Double Chance Prize: Pikachu and Eevee Diorama Figure (Evening Version)

For those unfamiliar with how the lottery works, the Ichiban Kuji (also known as the 7-11 or Movie Lottery to collectors) is hosted every year during the Pokemon movie's release by 7-11 stores across Japan.  The prizes are made by Banpresto and are only available by playing the lottery -- they are not for sale otherwise. To play the lottery, tickets can be purchased at a 7-11 store for 500 yen each, and then the player opens the ticket to reveal their prize.  The "lower" prizes, such as the hand towels and Pokedoll figures, are easy to win, whereas the better prizes are much less common.  (This year for example, each 7-11 store will only have one Genesect and one Mewtwo giant diorama figure, but 24 "Eevee and Friends" Pokedoll figures).

The "Last One" and "Double Chance" prizes work differently.  The Last One prize is automatically given to the person who buys the store's last lottery ticket.  The Double Chance prize is the most rare prize in the entire lottery, as only 100 will be available total.  Each ticket contains a code that players can submit to Banpresto for a second chance at a prize.

While we don't have pictures or details yet, I'm guessing that the Prize D will be Eevee-related (possibly a Pikachu holding an Eevee, and an Eevee holding a Pikachu), and that Prizes G and H will have an Eevee version available.  I'm super excited to see pictures soon!

KCompany Eevee Goods

KCompany makes various household and usable goods of popular Japanese characters, such as Rilakkuma, Hello Kitty, and Nameko.  They hopped on the Eeveelution train when they showcased their new Eevee and Eeveelution goods at an exhibition in Osaka this past April (see picture on left).

We'll be seeing a lot of cute KCompany goods these next coming months.  Even though there are a ton of pouches coming out from various different companies lately, I myself have been holding out for these adorable KCompany ones!  Click the break for photos of all KCompany goods released and scheduled thus far.

I Love Eevee Series Second Run

Have you ever been so overwhelmed with decisions to make that you end up spending all your time thinking about them instead of doing anything?  That's how I feel about Eevee merchandise -- I'm so excited about so many things that I can't decide what to write on first!  The Upcoming Merchandise page is now (mostly) up to date, and I'll spend today writing about a series I've gotten a handful of questions on the past couple of weeks...

Banpresto's I Love Eevee Series will continue for a second run this year!  The second wave of merchandise, beginning in July, will focus on usable goods for adults featuring a card suit motif (clubs, hearts, spades, diamonds).  There have been no Sylveons announced in the series yet unfortunately, but it's likely the series will continue into next year and beyond.
